Her next step is pursuing a Ph.D. at Eindhoven University of Technology. Immersed in the RBM program, she was energized by the vibrant academic atmosphere, fueling her ambition to pursue a Ph.D. She honed her teamwork, leadership, and strategic thinking skills through the Red Bird Challenge Camp and actively contributed to campus sustainability by joining the Campus Optimization Committee. Additionally, she has been providing technical support and consulting services to a HK startup, further enriching her expertise and practical experience.

Jing YU, a visionary graduate from the Innovation, Policy, and Entrepreneurship (IPE) Thrust, is breaking barriers with his research on plastic physical recycling, securing funding from the "Tencent Technology Public Welfare Venture Capital Plan." His pursuit of a full-time PhD and exploration of part-time entrepreneurship opportunities is a testament to his dedication and passion for innovation. Through his participation in career development activities and interactions with industry experts, Jing has expanded his knowledge and collaborated with like-minded partners to bring his entrepreneurship project to life, showcasing a perfect blend of innovation and practice.

Jiawen CAI, a standout graduate from the Computational Media and Arts (CMA) Thrust, shone bright with her second prize win in the "Academic Achievement Award" among the 2023 Greater Bay Area Top Ten Outstanding Hong Kong Students. Her transition from PhD aspirations to entrepreneurship is a testament to her growth and determination. Zeyu XIONG, an exceptional talent from the Computational Media and Arts (CMA) Thrust, dazzled everyone with his "Champion" and "Most Innovative Award" win at the 2023 Hackathon. His decision to pursue a full-time PhD in Computer Science at ETH Zurich showcases his commitment to mastering core technology and entrepreneurship. Xianliang CHEN, a rising star from the Smart Manufacturing (SMMG) Thrust, captured hearts with his second prize win in the 2023 HKUST (GZ) Model Innovation Competition. Now, he is poised to join the semiconductor industry at Shenzhen Major Industrial Investment Group after gaining valuable insights from his courses and faculty mentors. Xianliang's journey through the RBM program has sharpened his language expression, critical thinking, and stress management skills, setting the stage for his future endeavors, including a part-time PhD program to further enhance his development.

His journey from student to professional is a testament to his unwavering dedication to part-time entrepreneurship. Through his active participation in research projects, design thinking courses, and career development activities at HKUST (GZ), Yihan has honed his skills in design thinking, project management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. His entrepreneurial project "Yu Guan" has seen tremendous growth, expanding five-fold and venturing into new territories with plans to revolutionize AI+ in publishing and education.
