CFT Student Career Development System

The CFT Student Career Development System (SCDS) is dedicated to providing comprehensive, one-stop career development support services for RBM students. The system offers real-time updates on various activities, including career development seminars, company visits, company information sessions and large-scale job fairs, while aggregating quality internship positions, full-time job opportunities, and information on doctoral recruitment. Equipped with a smart resume generation feature and a career development toolbox, the system helps students efficiently plan the career paths and enhance employment competitiveness.

The Bridge Program

The Bridge Program

The Bridge Program is initiated and organized by the College of Future Technology (CFT) of HKUST(GZ). It aims to systematically enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of graduates from the Red Bird MPhil Program (RBM) and promote the practical application of the university’s outstanding research outcomes. The Program aligned closely with RBM’s educational philosophy, by creating a real business environment for RBM graduates and students, the Bridge Program breaks through traditional boundaries of research-based master's education. It establishes a distinctive entrepreneurial ecosystem that empowers students to efficiently translate their research outcomes into innovative products, paving the way for meaningful entrepreneurial achievements.
