The Triad-Supervisor System is a distinctive mentorship model of the Red Bird MPhil Program, comprising an Academic Supervisor, a Project Supervisor, and an Industry Advisor. Together, they guide students from three complementary dimensions—academic research, project practice, and industrial application—helping them achieve integrated growth in both knowledge and capability. This system enhances academic rigor while enabling students to translate innovative ideas and research outcomes into real-world and industrial impact.
