Jintao FAN

Ms. Jintao FAN is a Founding Partner of Huaxin Capital, Fund Manager of Shenzhen Ruihe Fund and Xinlong Security Fund, and Co-Founder of Wuhan University Luojia Juxin Fund, Brain Intelligence Capital, and Hongtao Fund.
She holds an EMBA from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University in the United States. She previously served as Executive Dean of a robotics investment group affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and as a journalist with Xinhua News Agency.
Ms. FAN has extensive experience in venture capital and the incubation and development of hard-tech ventures. Her expertise spans the identification of emerging technology opportunities, full-lifecycle venture support, industrial intelligence, business decision-making, digital transformation and Industry 4.0, AI-enabled intelligent manufacturing, big data and model-based analytics, and AI-enabled healthcare management.
Her investment portfolio includes nine companies that have completed IPOs in China and five companies that have achieved overseas listings. Ventures incubated and supported by her team currently provide technologies and services to major corporations and institutions, including Tencent, Ping An, NVIDIA, Intel, Gree, Midea, BYD, Huawei, and SINOMACH, as well as leading banks and securities firms.
Ms. FAN is also actively engaged in China’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. She has served as an invited judge for the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the China Chuangyi Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, and Guangdong’s Zhongchuang Cup Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition. She is an entrepreneurship mentor for The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Peking University, and Jinan University, as well as a registered expert for the evaluation of government investment funds. Her professional and public-service roles include serving as a council member of the Guangdong branch of the Western Returned Scholars Association, Vice Chair of the Luojia Juxin Science and Technology Committee at Wuhan University, and Vice Chair of the Pengcheng Luojia Research Leadership Committee. She has also served on expert committees and initiatives in smart cities, intelligent manufacturing, and science and technology innovation, and as a specially appointed expert to the Department of Industry and Information Technology.
